What is Form 990-EZ?


Form 990-EZ (also named as “short form”) is an annual return used by tax-exempt organizations, nonexempt charitable trusts, and section 527 political organizations to provide the information under section 6033. An organization that has gross receipts of less than $200,000 and total assets less than $500,000 must file Form 990-EZ.

Form 990-EZ Late Filing Penalties
